SawaDesk provides professional call answering and intake services, including:

Live Call Answering

Real agents answer calls on your behalf using your business name and protocols.

Intake & Message Taking

Collect caller information and details according to your instructions.

Appointment Booking

Schedule appointments and manage your calendar based on availability.

Call Summaries

Receive detailed summaries of each call via email or your preferred method.

Services are provided according to your selected plan and may be customized based on your business needs.

3. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and consistent service coverage.

  • Uptime Target: We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our call answering services during your selected coverage hours.
  • No Guarantee: While we work to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that services will be error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, customers agree to:

Provide Accurate Information

You must provide accurate business information, call handling instructions, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Proper Use of Services

Services must be used in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

5. Billing & Payments

Monthly Subscription Billing

SawaDesk services are billed monthly in advance based on your selected plan. Each plan includes a set number of calls per month. Calls exceeding your plan's included volume will be billed at the overage rate specified in your plan.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to SawaDesk, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (such as HST, GST, or PST) will be added to your invoice where required by law. Tax rates are determined based on your business location.

6. Cancellations & Changes

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. No cancellation fees apply.

When Changes Take Effect

Cancellations and plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to services until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated charges applied. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable call handling services, SawaDesk cannot guarantee perfect execution of every interaction.

Important Notice

SawaDesk is not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from missed information, miscommunication, technical issues, or any other aspect of our service delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the month in which the issue occurred.

You acknowledge that call answering services are provided as a support tool and that you remain ultimately responsible for your business operations and customer relationships.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms
